Music Ministry

We desire to equip our people to live a life of worship, wherever they find themselves during the week. We seek to enhance that relationship by giving our people an opportunity to praise God together in a weekend worship environment, and then sending them out to be God’s hands and feet the other 99% of the week.

The Arise Band meets Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:15pm to play music and pursue Christ together as a community. The band is both upbeat and contemplative, and normally uses multiple voices, piano, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, violin, and drums. On occasion, we welcome additional instruments and musicians as well. The worship band is lead by Jason Birdwell.

Joy Choir meets Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:15 p.m.  year round.  Traditional hymns, anthems and hymn leading comprise the music presented in worship.  One highlight of our ensemble is the participation in various community activities. Vocal opportunities  include Soloists and Small Ensembles (SA,SSA,SATB).  Fellowship and fun are hallmarks of our time together.
